Prompt, compassionate & intelligent
I was not going to hire Victoria. At the time I needed a criminal attorney and that is not what Victoria does. I was referred to her for advice. By the end of our conversation she had given me such great advice on how to handle my case that I decided to hire her. In the end it was the right call because she and her associates were able to quickly and professionally settle what was a very, very messy case. They were always quick to respond with thoughtful and intelligent advice and ideas, treating my case like a priority every step of the way.

Victoria Pekerman is sharp and focused and she gets it! Victoria helped my family to successfully defend a severely inflated personal injury suit which could have completely wiped out the family’s assets. She has always been an advocate and advisor on many other legal issues ranging from personal to business. She is sensitive to the people involved – yet is firm and steadfast and the results speak for themselves with 100% success!

Excellent Representation
Victoria represented my company in a commercial litigation/contract claim case that was brought by one of our vendors. Victoria was extremely thorough and methodical in reviewing extensive contract and supporting documentation for our case to build evidence and “poke holes” in our opponents’ case. She was very well prepared for the hearing in front of the judge and conducted herself in a very calm, persuasive and assertive manner. Her meticulous approach to our defense resulted in our opponents agreeing to a settlement on a very favorable terms. Overall – I highly recommend Victoria’s services!

Victoria was retained by my former firm to provide expert testimony and opinion on a difficult legal malpractice matter. Her opinions and analysis were critical in both disqualifying our adversary’s expert, and in ultimately settling the case. I would, gladly and without hesitation, use Victoria again to provide expert opinion or legal counsel in any matter.

I worked with Victoria in a complex case in federal court involving disputes over ownership of intellectual property and violations of non-compete agreements. She is a very capable attorney, and was well versed in the federal rules of civil procedure and the local rules of the federal court in New Jersey where the case was venued. It was a pleasure to work with her. Victoria and her firm acted as local counsel and assisted our firm in representing the Plaintiff in the litigation, which resulted in a settlement in favor of our mutual client.
