real estate zoning and development and contract law. In addition, Ilan has experience in family
and matrimonial law, guardianships, and contested estate litigation. As a graduate of the
Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Ilan is admitted to practice before both the federal and
state courts for New Jersey, and the state courts for New York.
