Lily J. D’Olimpio is a member of the firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law Department, where her practice is exclusively devoted to family related matters. Prior to joining the firm, Lily completed a clerkship for the Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol Assignment Judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County. In this position, Lily assisted Judge Mizdol in a wide variety of civil and chancery matters, as well as a number of the county’s most complicated, and/or most high-profile family cases, over which her Honor elected to preside over upon being elevated from the Presiding Judge of the Family Part to the Assignment Judge. During her clerkship, Lily also mediated small claims disputes for the Special Civil Part, following the completion of mediation training with New Jersey’s Administrative Offices of the Courts. Prior to her clerkship, Lily worked in private practice in her home state of Massachusetts following her admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
Lily is a graduate of Providence College and a cum laude graduate of Vermont Law School. During law school, Lily participated in the Legislation Clinic where she interned for Vermont Senator John Campbell in his capacity as the Senate Pro Tempore of the Vermont Legislature. Lily also interned for the Vermont Office of the Defender General as well as the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston, Massachusetts.
Lily is admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey and Massachusetts. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association and the Bergen County Women’s Lawyer’s Association.
