Tara is a member of ShapiroCroland Matrimonial and Family Law Department. Prior to joining the firm, Tara clerked for the Honorable Thomas N. Lyons of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part of Union County. Since joining the firm in September of 2000, Tara has devoted 100% of her professional time to family law matters.
Tara is a magna cum laude graduate of the Catholic University of America and received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Tara is admitted to practice before both the federal and state courts of New Jersey.
Tara is a member of the Family Law Section of the Bergen County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations. She is a Panelist on the Bergen County Early Settlement Panel and, in addition, has lectured for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
Tara has been recognized as a Super Lawyers-Rising Stars each year since 2006. She is also a graduate of the Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute.
