Jarrid H. Kantor is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Corporate departments. His practice covers all areas of commercial litigation and insolvency matters in both the state and federal courts. In addition, Jarrid, a former associate of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has experience in a wide-range of complex commercial transactions including loan transactions, lease negotiations, and the purchase and sale of both commercial assets and commercial real estate.

A graduate of Rutgers College, School of Business, and Seton Hall School of Law, Jarrid is admitted to practice before both the federal and state courts of New Jersey and New York. Prior to attending law school, Jarrid was an Information Technology Analyst providing a wide range of technical and web-based solutions for clients primarily in the telecommunications industry.
